The Affinity Crew Diary" is a detailed management tool to help crew keep a note of shifts they are allocated.
They can see their upcoming jobs and keep a note of the work they are on.
Crew can plan for several weeks ahead in busy times.
Jobs will be offered to crew via the app and work can be Accepted or Declined as and when they want to work.
Jobs are allocated different colours to represent the status of conformation of the job with the crew.
Green jobs are accepted and show all info relating to the shift including the crew list.
Blue jobs have been accepted buy crew members, but the crew list has not been issued Yellow jobs are jobs being offered to crew and they can accept or decline them
